1.一种快速同步测定稻米粉表观直链淀粉、直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用近红外分析仪对待测稻米粉进行扫描,录入近红外漫反射光谱;
(2)将近红外漫反射光谱数值代入表观直链淀粉、直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量的近红外光谱预测模型中,获得待测稻米粉中的表观直链淀粉、直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量;
