1.核电站燃料包壳用含铜含锗的锆合金,其特征在于该锆合金的化学组成以重量百分比计为:0%~1.5%Sn,0.2%~1.2%Nb,0.01%~0.4%Fe,0~0.3%Cr,0.01%~0.5%Cu,0.01%~0.8%Ge,余量为Zr。
2.按权利要求1所述的核电站燃料包壳用含铜含锗的锆合金,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,0.3%~1.2%Sn,0.2%~1%Nb,0.05%~0.4%Fe,0.01%~0.4%Cu,0.01%~0.5%Ge,余量为Zr。
3.按权利要求2所述的核电站燃料包壳用含铜含锗的锆合金,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,0.4%~1%Sn,0.2%~0.5%Nb,0.1%~0.4%Fe,0.03%~0.3%Cu,0.03%~0.3%Ge,余量为Zr。
4.按权利要求2所述的核电站燃料包壳用含铜含锗的锆合金,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,0.5%~0.7%Sn,0.5%~1%Nb,0.2%~0.4%Fe,0.05%~0.25%Cu,0.05%~0.2%Ge,余量为Zr。
5.按权利要求1所述的核电站燃料包壳用含铜含锗的锆合金,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,0.2%~1.2%Nb,0.01%~0.4%Fe,0.01%~0.5%Cu,0.01%~0.8%Ge,余量为Zr。
6.按权利要求5所述的核电站燃料包壳用含铜含锗的锆合金,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,0.5%~1.2%Nb,0.02%~0.2%Fe,0.03%~0.3%Cu,0.03%~0.3%Ge,余量为Zr。
