本发明属于细胞工程和组织工程领域,具体地是涉及一种促进体细胞增殖的方法。
背景技术
随着分裂次数的不断增多,细胞的增殖能力逐渐减弱,最终停止增殖,这是细胞从干细 胞经过短暂扩增细胞到终末细胞的老化过程,此过程受诸多因素影响,有些因素可以减缓甚 至逆转这一老化过程,使细胞重新获得分化、增殖的能力。
