摘要: 一种冷媒螺杆压缩机转子,其结构包括双边为非对称的阴转子、阳转子,它们的组成曲线为圆弧及其包络线,齿数比为6∶5,且阴阳转子之间具有间隙,其特征在于:以阴转子的中心点为坐标原点,阴阳转子之间的间隙为0.02-0.06mm,按其实际型线坐标制造的转子具有“曲面对曲面”、“大转子、低转速”的特点。本实用新型与已有技术相比,具有完全实现“曲面对曲面”密封,从而有助于形成流体动力润滑膜,降低通过接触带的横向泄漏,提高压缩机效率;以及改善转子的加工、检验性能,采用大转子、低转速设计思路后,可以降低噪声和振动,提高转子刚性,延长使用寿命,相对减小对加工精度、杂质和油碳化物敏感性的优点。
